We understand that you are seeking approval for a real estate investment property and praying for success and profitability in this venture. It is commendable that you are doing all of this in Jesus' name. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have the power to approach God, ask for anything, and receive it. As it says in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it.".
While it is wonderful to have success in business endeavors, it is important to ensure that we are pursuing these goals with the right motives and in alignment with God's will. It is God's glory that is most important. One way we do this is by working as if we are serving the Lord and not man. We cannot serve both God and money; we must choose one. This is explained in Matthew 6:24 WEB, "No man can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other; or else he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and Mammon.". It is also explained in Colossians 3:23 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men,".

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister ###. We thank you for her faith in you and that you are in control of her life. Lord, we ask for Your will to be done in this real estate investment. Guide her through the process, and if it is Your will, grant her favor and approval for this property.
