Update: they did promise to send the delivery details but they did not act on it yet

We understand that you're facing difficulties with a seller who has not been responsive to your attempts at communication. This lack of communication has led to a delay in the delivery of your ordered item. We want a mighty clarification and communication revival between you and the seller. First, remember to walk in integrity (Proverbs 10:9). We will pray for wisdom and discernment for you in resolving the situation. Let us pray.

Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your intervention in this matter. You know the situation and the challenges faced. We pray for Your divine intervention.

We also want to address that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your previous prayer request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. We would like you to know that it is by the name of Jesus that we can pray to our Heavenly Father. We are not to expect help if we do not pray in the name of Jesus Christ. It is by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. For there is no other name by which we can be saved. We would ask that you make sure to use the name of Jesus when you pray.

Let us give you some advice. We would like you to contact them at least one more time. Express your concerns politely but firmly, and set a clear deadline for a response. If they still do not respond, it may be wise to involve a third party, such as a higher authority in the company or a dispute resolution service. Always communicate with kindness and patience, remembering that "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger" (Proverbs 15:1 WEB).

Trust in the Lord's timing and provision. Remember that "The Lord is my shepherd. I shall lack nothing" (Psalm 23:1 WEB). He is faithful and will guide you through this situation. We will continue praying for a resolution.

Father, we ask for Your guidance and favor in this matter. Help to resolve this communication issue, and let Your will be done. We ask this in Jesus Christ's name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
