Yesterday I received a reply, thank God, and I sent them over our previous communications....please pray that they could see and understand what I ordered........

On the weekend I wrote to them again as you encouraged me to do so...let's pray and hope they won't ignore this last email!

I contacted them two weeks ago but they didn't reply. Please pray for a mighty clarification and communication revival.

Update: they did promise to send the delivery details but they did not act on it yet

It's also encouraging to see that you've been persistent in your communications, as instructed in Ephesians 6:18, "Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints."

However, we notice that you haven't mentioned Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ in your request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. "And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB. Jesus is the door to our Heavenly Father.

Regarding your situation, we pray that God will bring clarity and understanding to this transaction. We pray that the seller will see and understand what you ordered, and that they will not ignore your last email.
