Bus driver throws my suitcase...music in the bus

Lord please let this bus driver not throw ever my suitcase into the baggage appartement. I dont understand how can he be so rude?? I told him please be careful. There are fragile things in the suitcase and he says that he has problems with his back. I told him. Please the next time ask me to help you but don't throw my suitcase like that and he said - nothing will happen to your suitcase,!!!

Lord also let the bus driver change the radio station. It is so boring,!!!!

Let the driver be gentle and respectful of her belongings, and if he has difficulty lifting the suitcase, please give him the strength to do so without causing any damage.
