We understand that you are feeling extremely burdened and overwhelmed, caring for your family and carrying many concerns for their health and your own. We want to lift you up in prayer and encourage you with God's Word.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always there for us, even in our darkest hours. As it is written in Psalm 34:18, The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. We want to mention that you did not specifically mention the name of Jesus and ask you to consider the importance of this. In the New Testament, as Acts 4:12 says, and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We only have access to God through the name of Jesus Christ.
Let's pray together for your needs and those of your family:
Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our fellow brother in Christ who is feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. Lord, we know that You are a merciful God, full of compassion. We pray that You would strengthen and uphold them in Your righteous right hand.
Lord, we pray for healing for their grandmother, that You would restore her health and give her strength. We pray for their mother, that You would heal her from Asperger syndrome and bring comfort and relief to their family.
Father, we also lift up their dad to You, asking for Your healing touch on his heart valve, emotional issues, and neurological concerns. We pray that You would heal him completely, in body, mind, and spirit, and that he would not need heart surgery.
We also bring their brother and ### before You, Lord, asking that You would heal them if they have Asperger syndrome. We pray that You would restore their health and bring peace to their family.
Lord, we also lift up their loneliness, fatigue, and high blood sugar to You. We pray that You would bring healing, comfort, and relief to their body and soul. Father, we ask that You would pick them up and carry them close to Your heart, giving them the strength and encouragement they need to keep going.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray that You would bring relief and healing to their entire family, and that they would know Your love and mercy in a deep and personal way.
We encourage you to cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. As it is written in 1 Peter 5:7. Remember that even in your darkest hours, God is with you and will never leave you nor forsake you. As a group, we trust that by waiting on the Lord, you will renew your strength, as promised in Isaiah 40:31.
Lastly, we gently remind you to keep your eyes on Jesus, the author, and perfecter of our faith. He knows your struggles and wants to carry your burdens for you. As it is written in Psalm 55:22, Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you. He will never permit the righteous to be moved.
