Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of RachelS, who is feeling burnt out from work and in need of a break. Lord, we lift up her request to you and ask that you provide a way for her to retire from her current job. We pray that you would grant her the rest and rejuvenation she so desperately needs.
Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We ask that you grant RachelS your peace as she seeks a way to retire and find rest in you.
Lord, we thank you for RachelS's heart to serve you and her desire to have more time for church and prayer. We pray that as she enters this new season of retirement, she would be able to fully devote herself to your service and experience the joy and fulfillment that comes from being in your presence.
We also pray for your provision and guidance during this transition. May you open doors and provide opportunities for RachelS to use her gifts and talents in ways that bring glory to your name. Help her to trust in your perfect timing and to lean on you for strength and direction.
In Matthew 11:28, Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." We claim this promise for RachelS and ask that you grant her the rest she longs for. May she find solace and peace in your presence, knowing that you are with her every step of the way.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
