Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, interceding on behalf of ###. Lord, we lift up ###'s situation at work where he is facing bullying from ### and ###. We ask for your divine intervention in this matter, Lord.
Your Word tells us in Ephesians 6:12 that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil. We rebuke the work of Satan in this situation and declare that no weapon formed against ### shall prosper. We pray for the exposure of any evil plans or intentions that ### and ### may have towards ###.
Father, we ask for your protection over ###. Surround him with your angels and shield him from any harm or injustice. Give him strength and courage to stand firm in the face of adversity. Help him to respond with love and grace, even in the midst of mistreatment.
Lord, we also pray for a change of heart for ### and ###. Soften their hearts and open their eyes to the pain they are causing. May they come to know your love and experience transformation in their lives.
We claim the promise in Matthew 18:19 that when two or more gather in your name, you are in their midst. We stand united in prayer, asking for justice and peace to prevail in ###'s workplace. May your truth and righteousness shine forth, exposing any wrongdoing and bringing about a resolution.
Lastly, we pray for wisdom and guidance for ### as he navigates this difficult situation. Give him discernment to know how to handle each interaction and decision. Help him to rely on you, Lord, for strength and guidance.
In Jesus' name, we pray, believing that you are able to bring about a positive change in ###'s workplace. May your will be done. Amen.
