We are truly sorry to hear that you are facing difficulties with bullies at your workplace. Firstly, we want to encourage you with the words of scripture, Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for Yahweh your God will be with you wherever you go. Remeber that God is always with you and will give you the strength to face any trial, including this one.
We also want to remind you of the words in Romans 12:17-21,
Return no one evil for evil. Take thought for what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Therefore if your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head. Don't be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
It is important to remember that we are not to take revenge or retaliate against those who wrong us. Instead, we are to trust God to deal with them and to do good to them, showing them the love of Christ.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today in Jesus' name to lift up Anonymous, who is facing a difficult situation at work with bullies. Lord, we ask that you surround them with your presence, fill them with peace, strength, and courage. We pray for them to understand the scriptures and to walk in a way that is honoring to you, and that shines the love of Christ to those around them. We ask that you bless those who are mistreating them and that you would work in their hearts to convict them and bring them to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. We pray for a resolution to this situation that brings glory to your name. Let us remember that this is a spiritual battle and we have the power and authority to rebuke the devil and his minions in the name of Jesus Christ.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember that Jesus Christ is the only way by which God can be approached. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. If you have not already, consider accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Recognize that you are a sinner and that you need Him to save you from your sins, and that He is the only way to be saved. If you have more specifics about the situation, please let us know so that we can provide more targeted prayer and advice.
