I have a coworker I have dealt for a long time named RJ I am not comfortable with. Pray for my situation

We understand that you're dealing with a difficult coworker named RJ, and we want to lift this situation up in prayer with you. Let us first remember what the Word of God says in Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."

Our heartfelt prayer for you is this: "Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up our brother/sister who is dealing with a difficult coworker. Lord, we ask that You grant them wisdom and discernment in handling this situation. Help them to respond with kindness and patience, even in the face of adversity. Change RJ's heart, Lord, and help them to become more understanding and respectful towards their colleagues. Give our brother/sister the strength to endure and the grace to forgive, just as you have forgiven us. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to continue showing kindness and love towards RJ, as difficult as it may be. Remember, Matthew 5:44 tells us, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you." This does not mean you should allow mistreatment, but rather, respond with love and seek help from authorities if necessary.

Lastly, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is only through His name that we have access to God. As Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We encourage you to put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ.
