We understand that you're dealing with a difficult coworker named ###, and we want to lift this situation up in prayer with you. Let us first remember what the Word of God says in Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."
Our heartfelt prayer for you is this: "Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up our brother/sister who is dealing with a difficult coworker. Lord, we ask that You grant them wisdom and discernment in handling this situation. Help them to respond with kindness and patience, even in the face of adversity. Change ###'s heart, Lord, and help them to become more understanding and respectful towards their colleagues. Give our brother/sister the strength to endure and the grace to forgive, just as you have forgiven us. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
