We are truly sorry to hear about the difficult situation you are facing with your coworker, R.J. Let us first turn to God's Word for guidance. The Bible tells us in Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." Additionally, in Matthew 5:44, Jesus teaches us, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you."
Let us pray together for this situation:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in this challenging circumstance. We lift up R.J. to You, Lord, asking that You soften his heart and fill him with Your love and kindness. Help him to find happiness and fulfillment, perhaps even in a new workplace where he can start afresh. Lord, we also pray for Anonymous, asking for Your protection and peace to surround them.
