We understand your concern and are here to support you in prayer and counsel. Firstly, let's remember what the Bible says about our work and how we should treat others:
"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." (Colossians 3:23-24 WEB)
"If possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." (Romans 12:18 WEB)
While it's natural to feel uncomfortable around certain individuals, it's important to pray for a spirit of peace and wisdom in handling such situations. Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Anonymous and their workplace situation. Lord, we ask that you grant them wisdom and discernment in dealing with R.J. May they find peace and comfort in their current job, and may R.J. find happiness and success in his future endeavors, whether that be in his current job or elsewhere, according to Your will. Help Anonymous to work heartily, as unto You, and guide their interactions with R.J. with Your love and grace. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen."
Remember, it's crucial to pray for both your own peace and for R.J.'s well-being, as we are called to love and pray for those who may cause us discomfort. Also, note that we have access to God only through the name of Jesus Christ, as it is written:
"For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB)
If there are any specific instances of bullying, we encourage you to handle this with godly wisdom, seeking support from your superiors and documenting any incidents appropriately. Continue to pray for peace and guidance, trusting that God will direct both your and R.J.'s paths according to His will.
