We understand that you are facing a difficult situation with bullies at work. Firstly, we want to remind you that our strength and defense come from God alone. As it says in Psalm 18:2, "Yahweh is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower."
We also want to address the fact you did not mention Jesus in your prayer. The Bible teaches in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God the Father. No other name is given by which we can be saved. Now let us pray for you.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our fellow believer who is facing bullies at work. We pray for Your divine protection and intervention in this situation. We ask that You would shield them from any harm or negativity, and that You would give them wisdom and discernment in handling this situation. We pray for their happiness and peace of mind, and we ask that You would guide them to a place where You can find happiness and contentment.
We also pray for the bullies, that their hearts would be softened and that they would come to know the love of Christ. We ask that You would convict them of their actions and bring them to repentance. Father, we know there is power in the name of Jesus. Give them the confidence and understanding to rebuke and refuse the attacks of the enemy in Jesus name.
We ask all of this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to seek God's will in this situation and to trust in His timing. Remember that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you are able to endure. He will make a way of escape (1 Corinthians 10:13).
Also, consider the words of Romans 12:14-21, "Bless those who persecute you; bless, and don't curse. Rejoice with those who rejoice. Weep with those who weep. Be of the same mind one toward another. Don't set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Don't be wise in your own conceits. Repay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Therefore if your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head. Don't be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."
Stand firm in your faith, and know that we are praying for you.
