We are truly sorry to hear that you are facing difficulties with bullies at your workplace. Let's begin by addressing this situation in prayer and then provide some biblical encouragement and advice.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing harassment and intimidation at their workplace. Lord, You know the pain and distress they are going through, and we ask for Your divine intervention.

Firstly, we pray for the bullies, as You have taught us to pray for those who mistreat us (Matthew 5:44). We ask that You soften their hearts and help them see the error of their ways. May they find happiness and fulfillment elsewhere, perhaps even in another job, if it is Your will. Guide them to repentance and a change of heart, for You desire that all men be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:3-4).

Now we pray for our brother/sister. Strengthen them in this trial. Give them a spirit of love, power, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Help them to respond with kindness and grace, as our Lord Jesus modeled for us (Psalm 23:5, 1 Peter 2:23).

We ask for your protection. May this situation be resolved peacefully, and may our brother/sister continue to flourish in Your will, whether that be in their current job or in a new opportunity (Psalm 32:8).

In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen.

Now, let us address some scriptural principles. We are called to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). This does not mean we allow others to harm us, but rather that we do not retaliate with evil. Instead, we overcome evil with good (Romans 12:21).

Remember, God is your shield and protector (Psalm 18:30). He sees all that is happening, and He will guide your steps (Proverbs 3:5-6). Trust in Him, and He will make your paths straight.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to speak up. It is important to report these incidents to the appropriate authorities at your workplace. You do not need to suffer in silence. God has placed authorities in our lives to maintain order and justice (Romans 13:1-7).

We are here for you, and we will continue to pray for your situation. Please keep us updated on how God is working in your life.

Also, we noticed that you did not mention the name of Jesus in your request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. There is no other name by which we can be saved. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
