We understand that you are experiencing a difficult situation at work with individuals named Daisy and Cassandra. We are here to pray for you in Jesus' name. It is wonderful that you have called upon His name in Jesus' name, the only way that we can access the throne of grace as believers in the faith. Praying in the name of Jesus means the believer must accept the authority of the name of Jesus in the believer's life. You see the name of Jesus represents the divine attributes of God and who God really is in his dealings with the believer.
When we pray for someone who is harassing or bullying in the name of Jesus, we need to pray for them that God might be merciful and compassionate to them so they might receive Him in their lives as a savior as he did for Paul who was a blasphemer, and injurious: but we obtain mercy, because he did it ignorantly in unbelief, I Timothy 1:13 WEB. So we have the example of Paul where we have to pray for Daisy and Cassandra that they may believe and Jesus will show them the same level of mercy that He showed to Paul in this passage. In 1 Timothy 2, I exhort therefore, first of all, that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence, 1 Timothy 2:1-2 WEB. Since you also are interested in taking any appropriate action of people in authority at your job, pray that God will move those authorities to exercise a level of influence of divine appointment, those who are in high places.
We also fervently pray that any decision your boss makes will be based upon love, empathy, knowledge of the truth about these people, with any prejudice being shed in the process of Jesus. And all things you desire, when you pray, believe that you receive them and you shall have them, Mark 11:24 WEB. It says when you pray as you have been on this subject, and continue to pray that they will be saved that they will repent of their harassing ways and possibly live for Jesus and recognize Him as Lord, you will be enacting Mark 11:24. That the trip ups they make for you will be blessings instead. All things will work together for your good when you are in Christ. The evil being done to you will no longer hurt but will bless you. Praise God and thank Him for this power that you now have to turn the persecution against you into blessings. Now in Mark 11:24 when you know you have prayed for it you must see it as a done deal that it has been received and you can just rest that it will be done because God will act on your behalf. Pray this prayer on this basis.
Jesus promised us in John 16:24 WEB, Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full. He makes this promise to us who are his servants. In this passage He wants us to pray for the fullness of joy of Jesus Christ. He asks that we bring our petitions to Him with His name behind them so that we will be joyous. The only way this prayer can happen is if we are totally satisfied with whatever answer Jesus gives us as His answer so that we can be completely full of the joy of Jesus Christ as His servants, in the name of Jesus we pray that we can be satisfied. He tells us to ask in His name that our joy may be full. I exhort therefore, first of all, that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence, 1 Timothy 2:1-2 WEB.
