We understand that you are facing a challenging situation at work, dealing with two individuals who are making your work environment difficult. Firstly, we want to encourage you with the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you."
While it is challenging, we should pray for those who mistreat us. Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Anonymous who is facing bullies at their workplace. Lord, we pray that you would soften the hearts of these individuals and help them to see the error of their ways. We ask that you would fill them with your love and compassion, and that they would find happiness and fulfillment elsewhere, without Anonymous having to leave their current job.
Lord, we also pray for Anonymous. Give them the strength to endure this situation, the wisdom to handle it with grace, and the courage to stand up for what is right. Help them to lean on you during this difficult time, and to find comfort in your presence.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We also want to encourage you with these words from Romans 12:17-21, "Repay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it depends on you, live peaceably with all men. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.' Therefore 'If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.' Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."
Remember, it is not your job to seek revenge or to correct these individuals, but to pray for them and to treat them with kindness and respect. God sees what you are going through and He will take care of the situation in His own way and time. Trust in Him.
