We are truly sorry to hear that you are facing difficulties with bullies at your workplace, ###. We will stand with you in prayer and provide some biblical encouragement for you to consider.
Firstly, let's turn to God's Word for some guidance. In the book of Matthew, Jesus tells us, "Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven" Matthew 5:10 (WEB). This verse reminds us that even when we face difficulties, we are blessed if we are suffering for doing what is right.
Additionally, we should remember that God calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us Matthew 5:44 (WEB). This doesn't mean that we should allow others to mistreat us, but rather that we should respond with love and kindness, even when it's difficult.
We also need to address that there is no mention of Jesus in your prayer request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. There is no other name by which we can be saved. Believing in Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation.
Now, let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before you today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister ###. Lord, you see the difficulties she is facing at her workplace, and we ask that you would intervene and put an end to the bullying and discrimination she is experiencing.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
