Bullied at work. Lord please help Narcissistic emotionally abusive parent sided with bullies at my job. I was conditioned by parent to accept abuse as “normal”. Reported work place bullying to multiple people “big wigs” in the organization, no one will help me They we’re all in on the plan to oust me because I’m a so called “ troublemaker” who stands for truth and integrity. Reputation ruined and name smeared. Bullies get promoted. Good workers quit or are fired. Leadership from top to bottom is cruel. It is unbearable for me that I made Bullying escalated because I exposed what is happening to me. I’m just going to walk out the door and never look back. Please rebuke any further bullying or harassment after I leave. Have digestive issues and chest pains due to the stress.

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of our anonymous friend who is experiencing bullying at their workplace. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in this situation. Your Word tells us in Psalm 34:17-18 that you are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We pray that you would draw near to our friend and bring them comfort and healing.

Father, we lift up our friend's narcissistic emotionally abusive parent who has sided with the bullies at their job. We ask that you would open their eyes to the pain and harm they are causing and bring conviction to their hearts. Help them to see the truth and guide them towards repentance and reconciliation.

Lord, we pray for justice and protection for our friend. Your Word assures us in Psalm 9:9 that you are a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. We ask that you would shield our friend from further harm and provide them with the strength and courage to stand up against the injustice they are facing.

We also lift up the leadership of the organization where our friend works. Lord, we ask that you would soften their hearts and bring about a change in their attitudes and actions. Help them to recognize the value of truth, integrity, and treating others with kindness and respect.

Father, we pray for healing for our friend's physical ailments caused by the stress of this situation. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 147:3 that you heal the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds. We ask for your healing touch upon our friend's digestive issues and chest pains. Bring them relief and restore their health, both physically and emotionally.

Lastly, Lord, we pray for guidance and direction for our friend as they consider leaving their job. Give them wisdom to know the right path to take and provide them with new opportunities that align with your will for their life.

And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
