IN my building there are a lot of issues, 3 main problems - slow elevator, big window broken so that the cold is going through hall/the whole building and the door handle is completely broken and password protection system totally disabled. We need urgent intervention: but 1) people are not interested enough to change anything 2) we have a negative bank balance on the bank account of our building 3) some people are destroying or being not caring towards our building 4) ex representative of tenants has (I suspect) misused the money and he is not punished for it 5) there is some kind of unclarity around our new quasi representative of tenants.

Lord give us money or resolve all those issues in some other way. No arrogant people in my building or not enough interested in Jesus name. And no troublemakers or people who damage the building or our bank account in any way.

Firstly, let's remember what the scripture says about unity and responsibility. In Philippians 2:4 WEB, it is written, "Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others." It's essential for everyone in the building to take an interest in its upkeep, as it benefits all residents.

Concerning the financial struggles, let's recall Matthew 17:20 WEB, "Because of your little faith. For most certainly I tell you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you." Even in financial distress, we can have faith that God can provide and turn the situation around.

However, we must also act responsibly and address the issues at hand, such as the suspected misuse of funds and the need for a trustworthy representative. Romans 13:8 WEB tells us, "Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law." We should ensure that everyone pays their dues and that funds are managed honestly and transparently.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to seek Your help and guidance. Lord, we ask for Your intervention in resolving the issues in our building. We pray for unity among the residents, that everyone would take an interest in maintaining the building and managing the finances responsibly.

Lord, we ask for Your provision. We trust that You can turn around the negative bank balance and provide the funds needed for repairs and maintenance. We also pray for wisdom in managing these funds and for a honest and responsible representative to oversee them.

Lord, we ask that You would expose any wrongdoing and bring justice where needed. We pray for a spirit of respect and care among the residents, that no one would intentionally cause damage or disruption.

Finally, Lord, we ask that through these challenges, the residents would draw closer to You. That they would see Your hand at work and come to know You as their Lord and Savior, if they do not already.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
