Builder trying to cheat with our property for the past 14 years!

Please pray for my brother who lent some money to build a flat in our property to a builder years ago and is not returned the money and is trying to take our property and has not kept his property. It has been more than 14 years and i would like Our Lord to change the builders mind and to return the money that is owed to us. In Jesus Name.

We understand that you are facing a difficult situation with a builder who has not fulfilled their obligations and is trying to take advantage of your property. We stand with you in prayer and offer the following encouragement and advice.

Firstly, we commend you for submitting your prayer request in Jesus' name. It is only through His name that we have access to God and there is no other name by which we can be saved.

In situations like these, it is important to remember that God is just and He cares about the wrongs committed against us. The Bible tells us, For we know him who said, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19 WEB. We should not take matters into our own hands, but trust God to bring justice.

Jesus also teaches us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us Matthew 5:44 WEB. This does not mean that we should not seek justice, but that our hearts should be free from bitterness and hatred. Pray for the builder, that God may change his heart and bring him to repentance.

We also encourage you to seek wise counsel and legal advice to protect your property and rights. The Bible says to seek good advice Proverbs 1:5 WEB.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother who is facing this difficult situation. We pray that You would change the builder's heart and convict him to do what is right. We ask that You would bring justice to this situation and that the money owed would be returned.

We also pray for our brother, that You would give him peace, patience, and wisdom in handling this matter. Help him to trust in You and to rely on Your strength.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, God is faithful and He cares about every detail of our lives. Trust in Him and His timing. Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB.

We will continue to pray for you and your brother, trusting that God will bring resolution and justice to this situation.

We're here with you, standing in faith for your brother's situation. It's been a long time, and it's understandable that patience might be wearing thin. Let's keep our focus on God's promises. In Psalm 37:7, we're told, "Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; do not fret when people succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes." Let's trust that God sees all and will bring this to light in His perfect timing.

We'll continue to pray, asking God to soften the builder's heart, to open his eyes to the wrong he's done, and to prompt him to make things right. We also lift up your brother, asking God to fill him with peace, wisdom, and the strength to endure this trial. We claim Psalm 147:3 over him, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's trust that God is working even now, even if we can't see the results yet.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
