Today is some meeting at the court.
They are deciding if my brother will get out of the prison (again - every months the same story because this woman is adding every months some new false accusations) to defend himself from the outside.
THis woman is unbelievable, she demands that my brother (if he would be released to defend himself) must be in some other city because she is afraid of him!!!.
This lying manipulative creature.
We just cannot believe it.
It would be more difficult to collect evidences and speak with lawyer and send papers and speak with witnesses.
This woman is really dangerous. Very rich and drugg addict (cocaine). She had 3 husbands, the one killed himself, from the other one she is demanding through court case his possessions, just unbelivable how greedy she is. She is very rich and has never worked a day in her life, it is very questionable where is this money coming from.
My brother has no criminal record, was never physically abusive to any other woman or to the family, his ex wife witnessed that he is not abusive.
LORD, PLEASE WE ARE WAITING FOR HIM TO BE RELEASED FOR 5 MONTHS NOW. LORD, HAVE MERCY ON HIM AND ON US, THIS IS NEVERENDING GAME WITH OUR NERVES...We are under lots of stress, and my brother sais that he will kill himself if he will not get out of prison or be sentenced to 3-4 years of prison for rape and physical abuse.
It seems like nobody is working for my brother but against him, lawyers act very unprofessional, arrogant, and we must chase them although we have payed a big abount of cash. ANd in the court we dont hear anything about this woman from our lawyers mouth, any evidences against her credibility. It seems like this woman has given my borthers lawyers money to work against him or not to work at all. SHe has bribed maybe even a district attorney, here in Croatia there is corruption going on big deal.
