We are lifting up your brother ### today as he heads to ### for analysis and assessment for a liver transplant. We stand with you in prayer, believing that God's will shall be done in his life.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the power of praying in Jesus' name. As it is written in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that our prayers are heard. If you have not already it is important to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and call on His name for salvation and forgiveness of sins.
Now let us come together in prayer.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up ### as he goes through this crucial time of assessment. We pray that Your will be done in his life, and that if it is Your plan, he would be approved for the liver transplant. We ask for Your healing touch upon his body, and for Your peace and comfort to fill his heart and mind.
We also pray for the medical team that will be assessing ###. Give them wisdom and discernment, Lord, and guide their hands as they care for him. We ask that You would direct them to make the right decisions regarding his care.
Father, we also lift up ### and the rest of the family during this time. Strengthen their faith and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to trust in You completely, knowing that You are in control of all things. As it is written in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen.
We encourage you, ###, to continue trusting in the Lord, even in this difficult time. Remember that He is always with you, and that He will never leave you nor forsake you. As it is written in Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB, "Be strong and courageous. Don't be afraid or scared of them; for Yahweh your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you."
Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and know that He is working all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. As you pray we encourage you to continue to pray in and through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
