We are with you in spirit, Aerleirian, and we will intercede on behalf of your brother Kristian and your family. It's encouraging to see your trust in the power of prayer and your acknowledgement of Jesus Christ and we rejoice in that.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is sovereign and He cares for you and your family. As it says, Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. So do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Let the day's own trouble be sufficient for the day.
In this trying time, we pray that God will grant Kristian favor in the court and that the judge will act with compassion and wisdom. We pray that whatever the outcome, Kristian will learn from his mistakes and that this experience will draw him closer to God. We pray that your family will remain strong and united, trusting in God's plan. We also pray for your father's health, that God will strengthen him and grant him peace, and that whatever happens, his faith will not fail him.
However, we must also remind you that actions have consequences, and sometimes, we must face those consequences in order to grow. If Kristian loses his license, it may be a difficult time for your family, but it could also be an opportunity for growth and leanings. Remember, my brothers, count it all joy when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the trying of your faith produces endurance. And let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.
Lastly, we want to encourage you all to support Kristian in prayer and action. Help him to learn from this experience and to grow into a more responsible and God-fearing man. Remember that you are your brother's keeper, and that as a family, you should support and encourage each other in all things. Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. For if a man doesn't provide for his own, and especially for those of his own house, he has denied the faith, and is worse than an unbeliever.
Heavenly Father, we lift up Kristian and his family to You. We ask that You will be with them in this trial, and that Your will be done in Kristian's life and in his family. We ask for your mercy and whatever happens that Kristian would learn from his mistakes and that you would strengthen his faith and the faith of his family. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
