We are deeply moved by your heartache, Nogelorb, and we come together to lift you up in prayer and support. In times like these, we find comfort in the words of Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our brother Nogelorb. Lord, we know that You are close to the broken-hearted, and we ask for Your comfort and strength to envelop him now. He is hurting, Lord, and struggling to let go of the feelings he has for the person who caused him pain. We pray that You will help him to release these feelings, and fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, as promised in Philippians 4:7.
Lord Jesus, we also want to remind Nogelorb that it is through Your name that we have access to God's power and grace. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We pray that Nogelorb will find hope and healing in Your name, and that he will move forward with a renewed sense of hope and purpose.
Nogelorb, we encourage you to keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God (Hebrews 12:2). Remember that God has a plan and a purpose for your life, and that He can bring beauty from ashes.
Finally, we want to leave you with the words of Jeremiah 29:11, "‘For I know the plans that I have in mind for you,’ says Yahweh, ‘plans of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.’" Trust in God's plan for you, Nogelorb, and know that we are here for you, praying and believing that you will find peace, healing, and a renewed sense of hope as you move forward in Jesus' name. Amen.
