Arwuar, we join you in prayer, lifting up your relationship with Laura to our Heavenly Father. We must first acknowledge that true healing and restoration come through faith in Jesus Christ. It's encouraging that you ended your prayer in Jesus' powerful name, as it is through Him that we have access to God's throne of grace.
Firstly, let's pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You, lifting up Arwuar and Laura. We ask that You fill their hearts with Your love, joy, patience, and understanding. We pray for healing from the pain and hurt they've experienced, and that You would bless their relationship. Help them to realize each other's worth and to love one another as You have loved us. Lord, we pray that You would guide their relationship and make their paths straight. Keep them from temptation and draw them closer to You and to each other. We pray for restoration and that You would make their love mutual, in Jesus' name we pray. Amen."
We encourage you, Arwuar, to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Remember that God's will is for your good, and He wants to give you a hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).
We also want to remind you of God's design for relationships. If you and Laura are not yet married, we encourage you to pursue a godly courtship with marriage as the goal. As believers, we are called to flee sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB) and to keep ourselves pure for our future spouse, as this is pleasing to God.
Lastly, we want to encourage both of you to continue to pray and seek God's will for your relationship. God promises that when we seek Him first, all other things will be added to us (Matthew 6:33 WEB). Trust in His timing and His ways, for He is faithful and true.
We are here for you, Arwuar, praying and believing that God will work in your relationship with Laura for His good and His glory. Keep your eyes on Jesus, and He will lead you through.
