Disciple of Prayer
Please pray that God will provide income for me. My current job is trying to shift me into full commission on ### and I really can't give up my hourly pay. I don't have any deals lined up for me to close, and I have no idea who or where my commission will come from, and I don't have any savings. Please pray that God will provide for me, whether it's my boss letting me stay on hourly, I close a really big deal before ###, or if it's just by obtaining another job. Also, please pray for my job search post-grad. I have a couple of jobs that I'm sure will hire me, but they are dragging their feet in the hiring process because my graduation date is in ###. Thank you so much. Please also pray for my emotional stability during this time. I'm freaked out and stressed out, and I have no idea what my plan of action is other than just submit job applications online or debate with my boss about staying on hourly.

We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed and stressed about your financial and employment situation. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your job and financial needs. The Bible tells us, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We can have confidence that He hears us and will provide for our needs.

However, we noticed that your prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God. The Bible says And whatever you shall ask in My name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it. (John 14:13-14 WEB) In fact, there is no other name by which we can be saved. The Bible says And it shall be, that whoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Acts 2:21 WEB) We encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ and ask in His name.

Regarding your situation, we want to remind you that God is faithful and will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB)

Let's pray together:

"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who is in need of Your provision. You know the details of their situation and the anxiety they are feeling. We ask that You would provide the job and the income that they need, whether that's through their current job, a new job, or a big deal closed before the end of the month. Guide them in their job search post-graduation, and open the doors that need to be opened.

We also pray for their emotional stability during this time. Cast out all fear and anxiety, and replace it with Your perfect peace. Give them wisdom and discernment as they submit job applications and talk to their boss. Help them to trust in You, knowing that You are faithful to provide.

We also pray for their faith. Strengthen their faith in Jesus Christ and their understanding that it is only in His name that we are saved and have access to You.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

In the meantime, be proactive in your job search, update your resume, and prepare for interviews. Trust that God is working behind the scenes, and rest in His promise to provide.

Remember, God's timing is perfect. Even if the jobs you've applied for are dragging their feet, trust that God has a plan and a purpose for the delay. Keep seeking Him and trusting in His goodness.

Lastly, we want to encourage you with the words of the Apostle Paul, "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. (Jeremiah 29:11-13 NIV)

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough when the future feels uncertain, but remember, God is always in control. Let's keep trusting in Him, even when we can't see the path ahead.

We've been praying for you, and we want to encourage you to keep taking steps forward. Keep applying for jobs, keep the conversations going with your boss, and keep seeking God in all of this. He sees you, He hears you, and He's got a plan for you.

We're also praying for your peace of mind. It's okay to feel stressed, but let's give those worries to God. He's more than capable of carrying them for us. Let's keep our focus on Him, knowing that He's got this.

And hey, let's not forget to have a little fun along the way. God's got a sense of humor, and sometimes He likes to surprise us with His timing. So, let's keep our eyes open for those little moments of joy, too.

Keep fighting the good fight, and remember, you're not alone. We're right there with you, praying for you every step of the way. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
