Bro n sis in Christ Jesus I'm not able to sleep again.. yesterday night also it happened same. Seems like it's going to be daily routine like. Wts happeng. Why I'm not able to sleep at night..I don't sleep at day time.. it shldnt happen.. prayer request for me to fall asleep. To stay asleep in Jesus name

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus, we lift up our sister Oka Caroline in prayer. We understand the frustration and concern she is experiencing due to her inability to sleep at night. We ask for God's intervention and guidance in this situation.

Father God, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your peace and rest for Oka Caroline. Your Word assures us that You give sleep to Your beloved , and we claim this promise for our sister. We ask that You calm her mind and body, releasing any anxiety or restlessness that may be hindering her sleep.

Lord, we rebuke any spiritual forces of darkness that may be causing disturbances in Oka Caroline's sleep. We declare that she is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against her shall prosper . We pray for a hedge of protection around her, guarding her from any attacks that may disrupt her rest.

Holy Spirit, we ask that You fill Oka Caroline's bedroom with Your presence, bringing a sense of peace and tranquility. Help her to surrender her worries and concerns to You, knowing that You are in control of every aspect of her life. Grant her the ability to cast all her cares upon You, for You care for her .

Lord, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for Oka Caroline to identify any practical steps she can take to improve her sleep hygiene. Guide her in establishing a consistent bedtime routine and creating a peaceful environment conducive to restful sleep.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer. We trust in Your perfect timing and provision. May Oka Caroline experience the deep and refreshing sleep that comes from Your loving hand. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
