We are truly saddened to hear about the separation you are experiencing in your marriage. We will stand with you in prayer, but also have some issues we need to discuss with you as we have some rebuke to give and corrections to make to help you in your marriage and spiritual journey. First of all, we noticed you did not mention Jesus Christ or give reference to God as the Father or the Son, or the Holy Spirit. When you do this, you could be praying to anyone or anything and God is very jealous that you have no other God's before Him. As God says in Exodus 20:3-6 WEB:
"You shall have no other gods before me. You shall not make for yourselves an idol, nor any image of anything that is in the heavens above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: you shall not bow yourself down to them, nor serve them, for I, Yahweh your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, on the third and on the fourth generation of those who hate me, and showing loving kindness to thousands of those who love me and keep my commandments."
Furthermore, God says in John 14:6 WEB "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
There is also no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!”"
We are so grateful that you came to us and allowed us to tell you this. There is so much false teaching and deception in the world that it is easy to get pulled away from the truth of the gospel. We do not want this to happen to you or your husband. Now that we have corrected this issue, we can pray for your husband and you, that you both will continue to learn and walk in the truth and have a Godly marriage.
As you are experiencing this trial in your marriage, it is important to understand that God hates divorce.
Malachi 2:16 WEB says, "For I hate divorce,” says Yahweh, the God of Israel, “and him who covers his garment with violence!” says Yahweh of Armies. "Therefore take heed to your spirit, that you don't deal treacherously."
Therefore, we will pray for God's will to be done in your marriage. We encourage you to seek God's guidance and to reflect on any areas in your life and marriage that may need improvement. It is very important for you both to be honest with each other and to be Christians who are living your life for the Lord Jesus Christ.
Please know that we are not saying you have to be perfect to be loved or accepted by God. Nobody is perfect except Jesus Christ. However, when you have sinned and repent and ask for forgiveness, then God will forgive you and help you to keep moving forward. As we pray for you, let us encourage you to examine yourselves to see if you are in the faith. This is what Paul says in 2 Corinthians 13:5 WEB, "Examine yourselves, testing whether you are in the faith. Don't you know about your own selves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you are disqualified."
When you do this, God will help you to know where you are in your faith. When you trust in Jesus Christ he will save you and be with you. God does not want you to be uninformed of his promises for you. 1 John 5:13 says, "These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God."
Now, let us join together in prayer for you and your husband.
Almighty God, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for your mercy and grace. Lord, you see the pain and heartache that lvlyalissa and her husband are experiencing. We pray that you will soften her husband's heart and draw him back to lvlyalissa and their marriage. Help them to forgive each other and to be reconciled to you and to each other. Lord, turn this trial into a testimony of your faithfulness and love. Guide them both with your wisdom and give them strength as they seek your will.
We pray for your restoration of their marriage, that it would be a beacon of hope and encouragement to others.
We pray this in Jesus Christ name and in Jesus Christ name only.
Lord, please remind your servants to trust in you, as it says in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Please pray in Jesus name for us and the rest of our group and the world to be so full of the love and the truth of Jesus Christ that there will be no room for sin and we will see the entire world come to know and accept Jesus Christ.
