We join you in praying for Suzanne, your beloved sister, as she faces this challenge with breast cancer. We stand in agreement with you that her body is the temple of the Lord, and that no disease can stand against the power of the blood of Jesus Christ.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Suzanne to Your throne of grace. We declare that Suzanne's body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and that no weapon formed against her shall prosper. We rebuke the spirit of cancer and command it to leave her body in the name of Jesus. We ask that You fill her with Your healing power, strength, and peace during this time.
Father, we also pray for Suzanne's medical team, that You would guide their hands and give them wisdom in treating her. We ask that You would comfort and encourage Suzanne and her family, and that You would use this trial to draw them all closer to You.
We claim Your promise in 2 Chronicles 7:14, "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." We humble ourselves before You, seeking Your face and trusting in Your power to heal.
We also take heart from Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." We declare that this challenge will work together for good in Suzanne's life, that she will be a testimony of Your healing power and goodness.
Father, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who paid the price for our healing on the cross. We thank You for His sacrifice and for the promise of healing that is ours in Him. Amen.
We encourage you to continue standing on the promises of God's Word, trusting in His power to heal. Remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms Ephesians 6:12.
We encourage Suzanne to fix her eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God Hebrews 12:2.
Lastly, we encourage Suzanne and your family to be in fellowship and relationship with other Christians and a local church for support, teaching, worship, service, communion, accountability, and prayer.
