Let us come together in prayer for Raimunda Maria Vieira Barbosa as she faces this challenging time. We stand in faith, believing that God is the ultimate healer, and His power is made perfect in our weakness.
Firstly, we acknowledge that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB:
"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
We lift up Raimunda to the Lord, praying for His healing touch upon her body. We pray that the surgery scheduled for February 13 at 1 PM will be successful, and that the medical team will be guided by His steady hand. We stand against the spirit of infirmity and declare that by His stripes, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5 WEB).
"He was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was on him; and with his stripes we are healed."
We also pray for her faith to be strengthened during this time, and for her to be filled with His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB).
"And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Lastly, we pray for her family and loved ones, that they too will be comforted and strengthened during this time. We ask that they will be drawn closer to God and to each other, and that their faith will be increased.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Raimunda to You. We ask for Your healing power to flow through her body, and for Your guidance to be upon the medical team. We stand in faith, believing that she will be healed, and that Your name will be glorified. We also ask for Your peace and strength to be upon her and her family during this time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage Raimunda and her family to trust in the Lord, and to rest in His promises. We remind them that God is always with them, and that He will never leave them nor forsake them (Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB).
"Be strong and courageous. Don't be afraid or scared of them; for Yahweh your God himself is who goes with you. He won't fail you nor forsake you."
We also encourage them to seek God's will in all things, and to trust in His plan for their lives. We remind them that God works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB).
"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
