Thank you, Naomi, for reaching out and sharing your situation with us. We are here to stand with you in prayer and to offer biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares deeply for you and your children. He knows your struggles and He knows your needs. In Matthew 6:8, the WEB reminds us, "Therefore don't be like them, for your Father knows what things you need before you ask him."
Naomi, we appreciate your trust in God, but we want to encourage you to strengthen your faith. Faith is not something that should be primarily connected to another person's faith, but rather rooted firmly in Jesus Christ Himself and the promises of God's Word. In Romans 1:17 WEB it is written, "For in it is revealed God’s righteousness from faith to faith. As it is written, “But the righteous shall live by faith.”” We encourage you to take the step of connecting with Jesus directly through prayer and studying His Word.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister Naomi. Lord, You know her struggles and the challenges she faces as a single mother. We ask for Your divine intervention in her life.
Father, we pray for a breakthrough in Naomi's life. We ask that You open doors for her to reestablish her tailoring workshop. Provide her with the resources and the helper she needs to restart her business and provide for her children. We trust for the story of her and her siblings to change and become a testimony to your glory to others.
Lord, we also pray that You strengthen Naomi's faith. Help her to trust in You completely, knowing that You are faithful to provide for all her needs and even more according to Your riches in glory.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, Naomi, we encourage you to seek God's will in all things. Trust that He has a plan and a purpose for your life. Continue to pray and seek His face, and He will direct your paths. Remember the words of Matthew 6:33 WEB, "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Be strong and of good courage, for the Lord your God is with you.
