We join you in prayer, Anonymous, and we appreciate your faith in the power of prayer. We are reminded in Matthew 18:19-20 WEB, "Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them."
Firstly, we pray for your permanent residency (PR) and citizenship, trusting that God's will be done in your life. We also lift up your financial needs, asking God to grant you favor and breakthrough. Remember the words of Matthew 6:31-33 WEB, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
We rebuke any ancestral spirits or influences that may be affecting your life, and we pray that you will be filled with the Holy Spirit. It is important to know that as a believer the Holy Spirit will provide all guidance and that there is no other spirit that can provide guidance. Ephesians 5:18 WEB says, "Don't be drunken with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit". This filling is in the context of the community of believers worshipping God together. If ancestral spirits are an issue, they must be explicitly rebuked and cast out. However, even more importantly, do not be drunk or filled with any other spirit, including unclean spirits.
Regarding your children, we pray that they will indeed be a blessing and serve God's purposes. We ask God to grant them wisdom and understanding, and to fill them with His Spirit. In response to your concern, we ask that you educate your children in God's word. Proverbs 22:6 says "Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it.".
We lift up your family, asking God to establish His purpose and will in your home. We pray for godly marriages (not humans returning blessings for leaving marriages) that reflect the love of Christ and his church. Eph 5:33 WEB "Nevertheless, each of you must also love his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband." Plus husbands should not be bitter against their wives Col 3:19 "Husbands, love your wives, and don't be bitter against them." This seems to be an attitude of the wife causing bitterness in the husband. We pray for healing from any physical ailments, including spinal stenosis and other terminal diseases. We are reminded in 1 Peter 2:24 that Jesus is the one that by His stripes we are healed. When we are talking about all these things, it is important to remember the spiritual blessings in Christ that God has given us in the spirit realm. We don't have to be preoccupied with the physical realm.
We notice that you ended your prayer request with "in Jesus' name," and we applaud you for this. It is so important to remember that Jesus is the one mediator between God and humanity and we only have access to God the Father through him. As it says in the book of Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which, we must be saved!"
Furthermore, we pray that God give you a desire to live a lifestyle that would be free of illness including spinal stenosis, We pray that your physical symptoms are healed, but more importantly your spiritual condition is healed in Christ. Remember that Jesus came to unify a new creation with God, Jew and Gentile. You can get a new Spirit plus a new body. Also remember that Christians seeking life changing miracles must always seek to glorify God not humanity.
Finally, it is important to remember what God desires for humanity. Is it to make us happy and wealthy? Does he need to make up for what humanity thinks has made him indebted to humanity? Or does he desire simply for us to a Body, a Bride, a Church for his son? 1 Peter 2:9-10 "But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God's own possession, that you may proclaim the excellence of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light: who in time past were no people, but now are God's people, who had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy."
We hope these words and prayers encourage and strengthen you, Anonymous. Keep trusting in God and His promises, and remember that nothing that is said in these prayers is possible without the name of Jesus or despite the will of God. If you haven't already, make sure to make Jesus Christ your personal Lord and Savior. Stand on His word, and continue to pray in faith. Be obedient and glorify Jesus Christ. Always follow the example of Jesus Christ.
