Let us come together to pray and rebuke this situation.
We are sorry to hear about the challenges you and your family are facing, and we want you to know that you are not alone. God cares for you and your family, and He wants to help you in your time of need.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is faithful, and He has promised to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. As it is written in Philippians 4:19 WEB: "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
We also want to encourage you to trust in God's timing and purpose. Sometimes, God allows us to go through difficult times to draw us closer to Him and to teach us to rely on Him more. As it is written in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
However, we want to remind you that God has called us to be diligent and to do our part. As it is written in 2 Thessalonians 3:10 WEB: "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.'" We encourage your husband to continue seeking work and not to be discouraged by his background. God can open doors that no man can shut.
Regarding his background, remember the promises of God in Ezekiel 36:26 WEB: "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you. I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh." God can change any situation and redeem any past. Also, remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. Do not be afraid or discouraged, but trust in God's love and power. For God has said in Isaiah 41:10 WEB: "Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
We also encourage you to seek godly counsel and wisdom in managing your finances and making decisions about your housing situation. As it is written in Proverbs 15:22 WEB: "Without consultation, plans are frustrated, but with many advisers they succeed."
Finally, we want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God and be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up Gherpilain and her family before Your throne of grace. Lord, we ask that You would provide for their needs and help them to trust in You during this difficult time.
Lord, we pray that You would open up job opportunities for both Gherpilain and her husband. We ask that You would redeem their past mistakes and give them a new beginning. Help them to be diligent in their job search and to trust in Your timing and purpose. In Jesus' name, break down every door that has been closed to her husband and open new doors for meaningful work to provide for his family.
Lord, we also pray for their housing situation. We ask that You would provide for their needs and give them wisdom in making decisions about their future. Help them to trust in You and to rest in Your promises.
Lord, we also pray for their faith. We ask that You would strengthen their faith and help them to grow closer to You during this time. Help them to remember that You are faithful and that You have a purpose and a plan for their lives.
Finally, Lord, we pray for their salvation. We ask that You would draw them closer to You and that You would give them a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Help them to know that You are the only way to salvation and that You have provided a way for them to be reconciled to You. In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking God's will for your life and to trust in His promises. Remember that God is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you.
