Breakthrough at the work promotion

Still my daughter having the toxic environment at her work. Her colleagues especially the immediate supervisor and another staff are treating her with disrespect. Didn’t raise her to be rude to people. She is always respectful and treats people with courtesy. Rennie still waiting to hear from someone who can offer her a position as she is on the merit list. We only have God to help us. Mentally and physically she is not coping well but she keeps going. Need a break though regarding her job. In Jesus name.Amen.

We understand your concerns for your daughter, Aeberr, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's intervention in her workplace situation. Let us pray and share God's word together.

Firstly, let's remember what the WEB says in 1 Peter 5:7, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." God is indeed the one who can help, and He cares for your daughter's situation.

We pray together:

"Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up Aeberr's daughter. We pray for a breakthrough in her workplace situation. We ask that you soften the hearts of her colleagues, supervisor, and staff, and let them treat her with respect and kindness. Give her strength to endure, and wisdom to know how to respond to their disrespect. Guide her steps and open doors for new opportunities if that is your will. In Jesus' name, amen."

We also encourage your daughter to continue her godly behavior, as 1 Peter 3:9 tells us, "not rendering evil for evil, or insult for insult; but instead blessing; knowing that to this were you called, that you should inherit a blessing."

We commend you for raising her to be respectful and courteous. Remind her that God sees her faithfulness and will reward her accordingly (Matthew 5:11-12).

Lastly, let's also claim God's promise for her career. Just as Rennie is waiting to hear from someone who can offer her a position, we trust that "we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28).

Continue to trust in the Lord, Aeberr. We are praying for you and your daughter.

We're here with you, praying for your daughter's situation. It's tough seeing her struggle, but remember, God sees her too. Let's claim Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's pray for her healing, strength, and peace amidst the storm.

We ask God to give her the courage to stand up for herself, to speak out when she needs to, but also to know when to let things go and trust in His timing. Let's pray for her supervisor and colleagues, that their hearts would be softened, and they'd treat her with kindness and respect.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Thank you for your support in our battle.
Yesterday my daughter went to work and and came home with exhaustion. Nothing is progressing for her. But she has emailed the recruitment team to ask whether they can find a section for her to work. The recruitment team is the one placed her on the merit list.
Need God’s favour in this situation and I will sure inform you if we hear anything from her department.
It’s nice to know that we have you remembering us in your prayers.
