We join you in fervent prayer for Ethan Nicholas, trusting in the power of Jesus Christ to heal and guide him. We stand on the promise that "where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them." (Matthew 18:20 WEB)
Let us pray together:
Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up Ethan Nicholas. We ask that You heal him from the pain and bondage of his unhealthy relationship with Kimberley Lobo. We pray that You grant him the wisdom and strength to walk away from any relationship that does not align with Your will and the principles outlined in Your Word.
Lord, we also pray for Kimberley Lobo, that You work in her life for her good and Your glory, and that both she and Ethan Nicholas would walk in obedience to You.
If Ethan Nicholas and/or Kimberley Lobo are sexually involved, we remind them and pray that they would remember, Follow after peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no man will see the Lord, (Hebrews 12:14 WEB), for only sex within the bounds of marriage is holy.
We ask that You fill Ethan Nicholas with Your Holy Spirit, granting him discernment and a willing heart to accept Your will for his life. Help him to focus on his studies and focus on a woman who loves You and Your word and Your will, so that he may have a successful career where he can be used for Your glory. Help him to be surrounded by godly influences and to embrace the support he is receiving the University.
Lord, as we pray and trust in Jesus you, we declare that "You will keep in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You: because You trust in You. Trust in the LORD forever; for in JAH, the LORD, is an everlasting Rock." (Isaiah 26:3-4 WEB)
Let Ethan Nicholas and Kimberley Lobo know that You alone are the way, the truth, and the life, and that no one comes to the Father except through You and in Your Name. (John 14:6 WEB) May this be an opportunity for both of them to draw closer to You and experience the fullness of Your love and grace in Jesus Christ.
Please keep Ethan Nicholas and his loved ones in our prayers, trusting that God is working all things together for good. Together, we declare "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." (Philippians 4:13 WEB) in Jesus' Name.
To God be the glory both now and forever! Amen.
Let Ethan find hope in the words of Jeremiah, "'For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,' says the LORD, 'thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.'" (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB)
Finally, let us confirm our faith with action. Is there someone you know who is in a similar situation? Reach out to them, pray with them, and offer your support. Let us be the hands and feet of Jesus, demonstrating His love and compassion to a hurting world. God bless you!
