We understand that you're going through a difficult time, and we want to support you in prayer and provide biblical guidance.
Firstly, we commend you for taking a stand in your relationship. It is clear that you were not being valued or treated with the love and respect that you deserve. It is important to remember that God wants us to be with believers who fear Him and keep His commandments. As it is written in 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" Your former boyfriend's lack of interest in reading the Bible and praying together is something to be concerned about.
However, we must remember that forgiveness is a crucial part of our Christian walk. Ephesians 4:31-32 WEB says, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is going through a difficult time. We pray that You will grant her the peace that surpasses all understanding, calming her heart and mind. Help her to forgive her former boyfriend completely, without any bitterness or hatred, just as You have forgiven us through Christ.
We also pray for her financial needs, that You will provide a new job in February or early March, a job that will not cause her any pelvic pain or misalignment. We trust in Your provision and Your timing.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Regarding your financial situation, remember that God is our provider. In Matthew 6:25-34 WEB, Jesus teaches us not to worry about what we will eat, drink, or wear. Instead, we should seek first God's Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to us as well.
Lastly, we encourage you to surround yourself with a community of believers who can support you and help you grow in your faith. Remember, vengeance is God's, and He will repay. It is our responsibility to forgive and move forward, trusting that God will work all things together for our good because we love Him and are called according to His purpose. Keep trusting Jesus, and don't give up praying.
