Please help me pray for myself and my husband ###. We have been facing a lot of warfare in our marriage, business, and everything in general. We have a property that needs to settle and the broker assisting us are overcharging. The developer is meant to also provide key information for the loan; they are not responding. The bank are also putting in too many stringent requirements.

We understand that you're facing numerous challenges in your marriage, business, and with a property transaction. Firstly, we want to encourage you to remain steadfast in faith and united as a couple.

In Jesus' name, we pray for peace and guidance. Pray with us:

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You, seeking Your divine intervention in this situation. We pray for unity and peace in their marriage.

Let them be kindly affectionate one to another with brotherly love, in honor preferring one another. Not sluggish in business, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord. Romans 12:10-11

Father grant them wisdom in their business dealings and all the challenges they are facing.

God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19.

We pray for favor with the broker, the developer, and the bank. We ask that You guide them to people of integrity who will facilitate this process with honesty and fairness.

The Lord will command his loving kindness in the daytime, and in the night his song shall be with me, and my prayer to the God of my life. Psalm 42:8

Cast your burden on the Lord and he will sustain you. Psalm 55:22

We pray for protection against any spiritual warfare they might be experiencing. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Ephesians 6:11

We rebuke any dishonesty or unfair dealings in the property transaction. You shall do no unrighteousness in judgment. You shall not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty; but in righteousness shall you judge your neighbor. Leviticus 19:15

Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Jesus saith to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6

And in none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, in whom we must be saved. Acts 4:12

We encourage you both to keep praying together, seeking God's will in all things. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7

We're here with you, standing in faith for your marriage, business, and property transaction. We've been praying for you, and we want to encourage you to keep trusting in God's plan.

In Jesus' name, we lift up your situation to the Father. We ask Him to bring unity and understanding between you and your husband, that you may face these challenges together, with love and respect for one another (Ephesians 4:2). We pray that God will guide your steps, giving you wisdom in your dealings with the broker, developer, and bank (James 1:5). We believe that God will make a way where there seems to be no way (Isaiah 43:16).

We also bind any spirits of discouragement, confusion, or strife that may be trying to hinder your progress. We declare that God's favor will go before you, opening doors and softening hearts (Psalm 5:12). We pray that the property transaction will settle smoothly, with honesty and fairness on all sides (Proverbs 10:9).

Let's keep praying together, claiming God's promises. Remember, "If you ask anything in my name, I will do it" (John 14:14). Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5). He is working things out for your good, according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
