Moalnierhill, we are with you in spirit and in prayer. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our jobs and homes. However, we notice that you've used the term 'partner' to describe your relationship. We want to encourage you to consider God's design for relationships, which is for a man and a woman to be joined in holy matrimony. If you are living together outside of marriage, we lovingly urge you to consider God's will for your relationship.
In Ephesians 5:3 WEB it is written "But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints;"
If you are not married, we encourage you to pursue a godly marriage covenant as God intended. If you are already married, we stand with you in prayer for your husband's job situation and your home.
Jesus tells us in Matthew 21:22 WEB, "All things whatever you shall ask in prayer, believing, you shall receive." But it is also written in John 14:13 WEB "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son."
So let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Moalnierhill and her husband. Lord, you know their struggles and their needs. We pray for a breakthrough in their situation. We ask that you open the doors for a new job opportunity for her husband, one that will bless their family and bring glory to your name. We also pray for their home, Lord. We trust in your provision and your goodness. We claim your promises, Lord, knowing that you are a miracle-working God. Help them not worry but instead trust in you. Guide them in accordance with Your will, guide them to become more like Christ Jesus, and give them the strength to endure and overcome this trial. Help them to seek the kingdom of God and His righteousness.
We also pray for their relationship, Lord. Strengthen their bond and guide them according to your will. If they are not married, we pray that they would consider godly marriage as you have taught us in the Bible. Help them to live according to Your statutes. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Moalnierhill, remember that God is faithful. Trust in Him, and do not forget to give thanks in all circumstances. Be encouraged by this verse from Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Keep praying and keep believing.
