We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's intervention and healing for your household. We appreciate your use of Jesus' name in your request. We are reminded of the power of agreement in prayer, as Jesus taught in Matthew 18:19, "Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven."
Firstly, let's address the issue of bitterness, anger, and resentment. It's crucial to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). We must pray for this woman too, as Jesus commanded us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). This does not mean what she is doing is acceptable, but rather that we should release our bitterness.
Let's pray:
Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, standing in agreement with our brother/sister, claiming Your promises in Matthew 18:18-19. We bind off all bitterness, anger, and resentment from their heart and mind. We pray for emotional healing and restoration from the harassment and annoyances inflicted by this woman. We ask You to disconnect her from their lives and establish Your kingdom against any further intrusion. For it is written in 2 Corinthians 3:17, "Now the Lord is the Spirit and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom." We claim this freedom, for it is written, “Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed” (John 8:36).
We also pray for this woman. We ask, Lord, that You work in her heart, convicting her and bringing her to repentance. We pray that she would come to know You and that Your love would transform her life.
Lord, we ask for Your glory to be revealed in this situation. Restore and heal this household, showing Your power and love. We pray that they can not only be free from harassment, but also be filled with Your peace.
We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.
Remember, God's will is for us to live in peace with everyone, as much as it depends on us. (Romans 12:18) So, continue to pray, seek peace and pursue it. (1 Peter 3:11) Trust in God's timing and His ways, knowing that He is working all things together for good. (Romans 8:28)
If there are any specific sins that have been committed against you, it is important to forgive. “For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.” (Matthew 6:14-15).
