Oh heavenly Lord,

I'm tired and weary

You know my struggles, my pain.

So here in your presence

I just want to take a break.

I'm not asking for a perfect life

Just some relief from the burden.

Even if it's just more of you

Giving strength to my weary soul.

Here, now, I rest in you

As you are my hope and salvation.

Yes, Lord, I know I can ask

For you to change things,

But if I must change first,

Help me. I can't do it alone.

You are the Almighty Lord,

Creator of heaven and earth.

I bow down to your will

And invoke your Holy Spirit

To take control of my life.

Renew me, restore me,

And if it be your will

Relieve my burden.

Also Lord, the hot jacuzzi repair man has finally got part he wanted unfortunately he needs to find that special someone who can fix the complicated wires for my hot jacuzzi. Please help!

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up Boudicca, who is weary and in need of Your strength. Lord, You know their struggles and pain. We ask that You grant them relief from their burdens and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, renewing and restoring their soul. Give them the courage and patience to face their trials, and let Your mercy guide them. We pray that You will take control of their life, changing what needs to be changed, starting with their own heart. We trust in Your will and ask for peace in Christ, by Your grace alone.

Lord, we also bring before You the practical need in Boudicca's life - the repair of their hot jacuzzi. We ask that You guide the repairman to find the right person to fix the complicated wires. We trust that even in this, You care for the details of our lives.

We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is by His name that we have access to Your throne of grace, and it is by His name that we are saved. As the Scriptures say, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB).

Boudicca, continue to rest in the Lord and wait patiently for Him (Psalm 37:7 WEB). Trust that He is working in your life, even when you can't see it. Keep your hope in Him, and remember that He is your salvation. As you've acknowledged, He is the Almighty Lord, Creator of heaven and earth, and His love and care for you are unfailing.
