We understand that you're seeking protection and favor in a challenging situation. Firstly, we appreciate that you ended with 'IJN' (In Jesus Name). This is important since we only gain access to the Father through Jesus since it is written, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14:6 WEB).

We must point out that some terms such as 'cancel' and 'assignments' are not found in the Bible. We do not need to cancel curses as it is written, Like birds hovering overhead, so Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree (Galations 3:13WEB)

Next, regarding cooperation from others as believers we can pray for God's will, and we can influence through godly behavior as it is written. If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men. (Romans 12:18WEB). Also, Conduct yourselves honorably among the Gentiles, so that, though they speak against you as evildoers, they may see your good works and glorify God in the day of visitation (1 peter 2:12 WEB).

Regarding protection, it is written, No weapon that is formed against you will prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).

Let's pray together:

Almighty God, we come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking your divine protection and favor. We ask that you thwart every evil plan aimed against us. We know since it is written My dear children, you are from God and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world. (1 John 4:4 WEB), your grace and mercy will always cover us and our families.

We also pray for this situation at work, asking that those involved will provide positive cooperation thus producing a testimony to your goodness and grace in our lives. We pray that our actions will reflect your love and kindness and ask if contrary to our will that your perfect will be done.

We plead the blood of Jesus over our lives, families, and our businesses, knowing it has the power to shut the mouth of the devil. We declare that no weapon formed against us will prosper, and every tongue that rises against us in judgment will be condemned.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings, healing, and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
