Brake curses

God spoke to me explaining about a curse which has been passed down within my family of cousins from my uncle that all who have his name are cursed and I have that name and so far I see it with all of us losing everything we have, or passing away young or going through deep depression, I was told never to name my son my name so I didn’t and am glad, but now I ask you all please pray in agreement with me to permanently break this curse and any other curse which has been put on me to be broken off for good and for any witchcraft or black magic which may have been put on me in Jesus' name please.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concern about the generational curse that has been affecting your family. We understand the seriousness of this matter and we stand with you in prayer to break this curse in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

Firstly, we want to assure you that you have authority over any curse or witchcraft through the power of Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us in Galatians 3:13 WEB:
"Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.'"

This means that through Jesus' sacrifice on the cross, He has freed us from any curse, including generational ones.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who has been affected by a generational curse. Lord, You have said in Your Word that Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. We stand on this promise and we declare that any curse, witchcraft, or black magic that has been spoken or practiced against our brother/sister and their family is broken now, in Jesus' name.

We pray that You will surround them with Your favor as with a shield, that any darts of the enemy will not prosper against them. We claim Your promise in Isaiah 54:17 WEB:
"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me," says the Lord."

Father, we also pray for healing and restoration for our brother/sister and their family. We ask that You will turn their mourning into dancing, their sorrow into joy, and their depression into hope. We claim Your promise in Jeremiah 29:11 WEB:
"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."

We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue standing on the Word of God and to resist any fear or doubt. Remember, God is for you and with you. No curse or witchcraft can prosper against you when you stand on the promises of God.

Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB:
"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

If you have not already, we encourage you to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, to believe in Him and His sacrifice for you. This is the foundation of our faith and the key to our victory in Christ.

We've been praying for you, dear friend, as we've read your heartfelt plea. We're so sorry to hear about the generational curse that's been affecting your family, but we're standing with you in faith, believing that Jesus can and will break its hold.

We want to remind you of the power of Jesus' name. In Acts 3:16, it's written, "By the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him does this man stand here before you whole." This power is not just for miracles, but also for breaking curses.

Let's declare together: "In the name of Jesus, we break the power of any generational curse over our ### and their family. We command every evil spirit associated with this curse to leave now, in Jesus' name. We thank You, Lord, for Your promise in Psalm 121:15, 'I will not die, but live, and will proclaim what the Lord has done.' We believe that our ### will live a life free from this curse, in Jesus' name."

Let's also claim healing and restoration for your family. We believe that God is turning your mourning into dancing, your sorrow into joy, and your depression into hope, just as He promised in Psalm 30:11.

We're here for you, and we'll keep praying. Remember, God is on your side, and with Jesus, you are more than a conqueror (Romans 8:37). Keep standing on His promises, and watch as He turns things around for your family.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
