We are lifting you up in prayer as you face brain surgery for an aneurysm. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is our ultimate healer and comforter. As it says in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." and in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Trust in Him to guide the surgeons' hands and bring you through this trial.
We pray, Heavenly Father, for our dear one undergoing surgery, for complete healing, and for wisdom. Guide the medical team, and let Your peace rest, In Jesus' name.
It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As scripture states "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," 1 Timothy 2:5. "And in none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12.
We also remember the words of Isaiah 41:10, "Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. I will help you. I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Hold onto this promise as you prepare for surgery. Know that God is by your side and that He will strengthen and help you through this challenging time.
