We understand that you're going through a difficult time with your boyfriend. However, it's important to address a few things from a biblical perspective. First, the Bible teaches us to "be ye angry, and sin not. Don't let the sun go down on your wrath" (Ephesians 4:26 WEB). It's clear that there is unresolved anger and conflict between you both, which needs to be addressed promptly and biblically.
Secondly, we notice that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's crucial to remember that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). Please know that you can only be saved and reconciled with God and others through the work of Jesus Christ. Please know Jesus personally and call on his name so you can be saved. This is most important.
Now, let's pray for you both:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this couple. We pray that You would soften their hearts and open the lines of communication between them. Help them to resolve this conflict in a godly manner, being quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to anger (James 1:19 WEB). We rebuke any selfish pride, anger, or resentment that may be causing division, as your word says in Proverbs 13:10 WEB "Only by pride comes contention, but with the well-advised is wisdom."
We also pray for their relationship. We ask God if this is not a godly courtship leading to marriage that you would make it clear to them and give them the strength to walk away from fornication which is sin. We pray that You would guide them and help them to pursue a relationship that aligns with Your principles, and that they will wait for marriage as you have outlined in your word, fleeing fornication and sexual immorality. Your word says in Ephesians 5:3 WEB, "But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints."
We ask that You would draw them closer to You, and that they would come to know Jesus Christ personally if they don't already. We pray for their salvation and that they would be baptized if they have not done so. We believe that You have the power to turn this situation around for good and we pray these things believing in Jesus' holy name. Amen.
Please know we care about you both and want God's will in your lives.
