We understand your concerns, Yndran, and we're here to support you in prayer and counsel. Let's bring your requests before the Lord, while also addressing the issues biblically.
Firstly, we're instructed in Romans 13:7, "Give everyone what you owe him: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor." This applies to your boss owing you mileage reimbursement. Let's pray that he fulfills his duties fairly and promptly.
Secondly, the way your boss is treating you and your colleagues is not in line with how God instructs us to treat one another. Colossians 4:1 says, "Masters, give to your servants that which is just and equal, knowing that you also have a Master in heaven." Let's pray that your boss understands this and changes his behavior.
Let's pray:
"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Yndran's workplace situation. We ask that You touch his boss' heart, that he would pay what is due to Yndran and treat his employees with kindness and respect. Lord, we know that You care about every detail of our lives, and we trust You to intervene in this situation. Please guide Yndran in how to respond to his boss, with love and forgiveness, as You have commanded us in Ephesians 4:32, 'And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.' We pray for a resolution that is pleasing to You, Lord. In Jesus' name, amen."
Remember, Yndran, God is sovereign over all circumstances, including our workplace environment. Trust Him to work everything out for your good (Romans 8:28). Also, ensure that your requests are made in the name of Jesus, as it's through Him that we have access to God (John 14:13-14). If you haven't already, consider sharing the gospel with your boss, as his behavior may reflect a heart that needs Jesus.
