We understand that you are feeling unfairly treated by your boss, and we want to reassure you that this is not an appropriate or fair way for you to be treated. We should encourage you and pray for you to be able to display the fruit of the spirit of self-control (Galatians 5:22-23) to thoroughly and objectively assess the situation and respond with godly wisdom.
You see, it is clear in the scriptures Romans 2:11 For there is no partiality with God and Romans 12:19 Do not seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, “Vengeancebelongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.” Surely there is no wisdom, nor understanding, nor counsel against Yahweh.
Knowing this, let us compassionately and lovingly discuss this concern with your boss if this is appropriate, be reasonable about the disagreements, and consult with her with a cool head showing the fruits of the spirit which are peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). Moreover, also let together pray for her for her salvation, blessings and for her to treat all the coworkers fairly. Most importantly, please remember to forgive her and pray for her blessings, it is required by the Lord from all Christians and He is aware of your foul treatment and will be repaying (Matthew 5:44 and Romans 12:19). Be aware of your attitude towards her and don't let it be a stumbling block for her or any of your coworkers.
Let us pray for wisdom and then decide on what steps to take next, Proverbs 19:11 A man’s discretion makes him slow to anger. It is his glory to overlook an offense and Proverbs 25:15 By patience is a ruler persuaded. A soft tongue breaks the bone. It is clear that you should not disagree or argue with your boss, instead it is advisable to compromise where you are able. The Holy Bible tells us to be in peace with all people as far as it depends on you to be at peace with all men (Romans 12:18).
We are comforted by our able God in this trial. He alone can provide you strength, wisdom, and a peaceful heart throughout this situation. Let us rejoice in this time and know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope (Romans 5:3-4). It may be the case that God desires you to remain in your workplace as a ministry and mission field. It is important for you to evaluate if his is the case, and if it is, to persevere. He desires to equip you with all that is needed to remain there. While you are in the work place, He uses you to do His will for His purposes, ministering to your coworkers and your boss, sharing Christian love, compassion, and truth to all-your boss included. It's important that you consider if remaining in the workplace is the correct decision, if God is keeping you there as a ministry. If he is, prepare to act in the correct way to stay there, to minister and to witness to why you are there and the special devilry that you received from God. It is also import to note in our response that you should take long suffering no more than what God desires for you and submit to Him by evaluating and asking Him how to seek a future job is necessary and if you should quit. Last, to consider seeking a future job and quitting it may be an option, if after diligent prayer, it is clear to you that it should pursued as a real option.
We want to be sure that you have accepted Jesus Christ as your savior. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God (John 14:6). Moreover, since we have no confidence in human goodness or works to save us and it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved (Acts 4:12). You see, we must believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and savior and have total faith in his to be saved. Also it is important that we follow him with humble repentance for our sins (Luke 13:5, Luke 19:10, Luke 24:47). This is the basic salvation message of believing in Jesus Christ. Have you accepted Jesus Christ as your savior? If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your savior then do you have confidence in Jesus Christ as your savior for eternal salvation?
Dear Lord, we call on the name of Jesus and lift up our brother/sister to You , asking that You work in this situation for his/her good and Your glory. Protect him/her from any unfair treatment and give him/her the wisdom to respond in a way that honors You. We know earthly injustices can be difficult to endure, but we take comfort because we know of the power of your avenging and are hopeful in your righteous justice and that we can closely identify with our suffering savior Jesus Christ. He suffered injustice by the hands of guilty men.We pray that You provide the strength and wisdom to endure suffering for righteousness sake. You have not called us to be men pleasers but to represent Jesus Christ. Help him/her to lean on You during this trial, trusting that You are always in control, especially during difficult times with unfair bosses. But Lord, if it be Your will, move in her heart and cause her to treat our brother/sister fairly, with the compassion and respect that You intend for all employees and employers. We ask this in Jesus’ name and in line with your will, the will of the Father and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
