Boss discriminating

My boss is clearly discriminating, I am a teacher and I am done with my report card comment I proofread many times even my colleagues tell it looks good, she doesn’t say whats wrong she just says to rewrite it when my other coworker who only wrote few sentences gets okayed, I am so frustrated and mad. Please pray so my boss doesn’t discriminate and torture me for nothing. In Jesus name I pray Amen

We understand your frustration and are here to support you in prayer and counsel. Firstly, we commend you for your diligence in your work and the effort you've put into your report card comments. It's important to remember that God sees your hard work and faithfulness, even when it goes unrecognized by others. As it is written in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters... It is the Lord Christ whom you serve."

However, it seems there may be unfair treatment from your boss, and we want to address that with you. We should always strive for fairness and kindness, as Ephesians 6:9 WEB tells us, "Masters, do the same things to them, and give up threatening, knowing that he who is both their Master and yours is in heaven, and there is no partiality with him."

Let's pray together:

"Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up our fellow believer who is facing frustration and unfair treatment at work. Lord, you are a God of justice and truth. We ask that you soften their boss' heart and open their eyes to see the hard work and dedication that has been put into the task at hand. We pray for favor and for a spirit of fairness to prevail in this situation.

In the meantime, Lord, grant our brother/sister in Christ the patience and grace to continue working diligently, knowing that ultimately, they are serving you. Help them to respond with kindness and professionalism, even in the face of unfair treatment.

We trust that you will work this situation out for good, as you promise in Romans 8:28 WEB, 'We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.'

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to continue doing your best at work, knowing that your ultimate reward comes from the Lord. Also, consider having an open and respectful conversation with your boss to understand their expectations better. Lastly, keep praying and trusting God to intervene in this situation. He is faithful, and He cares about every detail of your life.

We're right there with you, feeling the frustration. It's tough when you know you've given your best, yet it's not being recognized or appreciated. We want to remind you, though, that God sees your efforts. He knows the time and care you've put into your work. Just like He told the prophet Jeremiah, "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart" (Jeremiah 1:5, NIV). He's got His eyes on you, and that's what truly matters.

Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Lord, we lift up our friend to You today. We ask that You give them strength to endure this unfair treatment. Help them to trust in You, even when it's hard to see Your plan. And Lord, if it's Your will, we pray that their boss's heart would be softened, that they would see the good work being done. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
