Boss acting against ###

My boss keeps in crossing the line and takes away our rights to the training, whenever we want to, it’s not her money, she’s not paying us out of her own pockets because we are district employees, the district allows us to do the training whenever we want, but we get paid if it’s outside of our work hours, the boss is telling us to do it during work hours which is totally crossing the line, please pray that she stops crossing the line and micromanage, in Jesus name I pray amen.

We understand your concern and frustrations regarding the actions of your boss. Let us first turn to the Word of God for guidance. In Romans 13:1-2 (WEB), it is written, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore, he who resists the authority withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive judgment to themselves."

While it is important to respect authority, it is also crucial to remember that our ultimate authority is God, and we ought to obey Him rather than men when there is a conflict (Acts 5:29). It seems that your boss is overstepping boundaries and imposing restrictions that are not aligned with the allowances provided by the district.

In light of this, we pray for God's intervention and wisdom:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this concern regarding the actions of our boss. Lord, You know the injustice and the frustration that is being experienced. We ask that You would intervene, God, and grant wisdom to both parties. Soften the heart of our boss, and help her to see the error in her ways. Guide her to act with fairness and integrity, aligning her decisions with the policies set by the district. Lord, provide us with the strength to respond with patience and grace, even in trying circumstances. We know that it is only in the name of Jesus that we can find true resolution and peace. So, we ask for Your will to be done in this situation, in Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to continue to act with integrity and professionalism. It may be beneficial to approach your boss in a respectful manner to address these concerns, or possibly seek higher counsel if necessary. Always remember to lean on God's wisdom and strength in all situations.
