Heavenly Father, thank you for this new week. I pray for my ### Chair to reconsider his stance towards me and reasonate to work together for the good of the school in Jesus Name I pray, Amen.

Thank you, ###, for bringing this matter to us in prayer. It's important to remember that God cares about all aspects of our lives, including our work and relationships with colleagues.

Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as this is the only way we are told to approach God. Jesus himself said, I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

Now, let's address your request. You've mentioned that you're praying for your Board Chair to reconsider his stance towards you and to work together for the good of the school. It's clear that harmony and cooperation are your goals, which aligns with biblical principles of unity and peace.

The Bible tells us, If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone, and Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. (Romans 12:18, Ephesians 4:2-3 WEB)

However, it's also important to examine our own hearts and actions. Before asking the Board Chair to change, consider if there's anything you might need to change or improve. Pray that God would reveal any areas where you might be contributing to the tension.

Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up ### and the Board Chair. We pray that you would soften both of their hearts and bring unity in their working relationship. Help them to see each other as you see them, and to work together in a manner that honors you and benefits the school.

Lord, if there are any areas where ### or the Board Chair need to change, reveal them clearly and give them the strength and humility to make those changes. Remind them that your will is for them to live in peace with one another, bearing with each other in love.

We claim your promise that where two or three are gathered in your name, you are there among them. Guide their conversations and interactions, Lord, and let your will be done in this situation.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
