We are truly sorry to hear about your health struggles and the stress you've been under. We want to lift you up in prayer and encourage you to cast your burdens on the Lord, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB).
Firstly, let's pray together: "Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine healing and intervention. We pray for our dear friend who is struggling with high blood pressure. Lord, we ask that You stabilize their blood pressure and bring it back to a healthy level. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity and stress, and we ask that You fill them with Your peace that passes all understanding (Philippians 4:7, WEB). Please guide the doctors and give them wisdom to provide the best care. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We also want to encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). In this time of stress and exhaustion, make sure to take time to rest, both physically and spiritually. Remember, even Jesus took time to rest and retreat (Mark 6:31, WEB).
Lastly, we want to remind you that it's only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. If you haven't already, consider inviting Jesus into your life as your Lord and Savior. For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast (Ephesians 2:8-9, WEB).
