We join with you, BlessedChristian, in lifting up your requests to our Heavenly Father. We pray that God, who graciously supplies strength to His people, grants you the energy you need to dress quickly and professionally for your meetings this week. As the Scripture says, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint" (Isaiah 40:31 WEB).
We pray for God’s guidance in your job opportunity and that He may direct this opportunity towards Texas if it is His will. In all your ways, acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:6 WEB). We ask that He opens the right doors and shuts the wrong ones, aligning your steps with His divine purpose. As Jeremiah 29:11 says, "For I know the plans that I have for you,' says Yahweh, 'plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future.'"
We lift up those in the path of the hurricane in Florida. Our prayers are with them, that God’s protecting hand will be upon them. We ask that Hurricane Milton be turned away from causing destruction and harm, that God may demonstrate His power and mercy. May He move the hearts of people to come together in support and compassion. As Psalm 46:1 reminds us, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."
As we pray, we also remind you of the importance of seeking God in the name of Jesus Christ. It is through His name alone that we approach our Father in Heaven. The Scripture tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB).
Let us continue to trust in His guiding hand, knowing that His plans are always good and that He cares for each one of us. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
